Renter Services
We are available to our renters during extended hours, which allows us to promptly respond to rental inquiries. This means we convert a large percentage of our quotes into bookings. It also gives our guests peace of mind when they rent, and they book our rentals again and again.

Housekeeping
Our housekeepers work from a checklist and we make deep cleaning items a part of every cleanup. Guests pay for housekeeping, and part of the fee is used to stock items like dish soap, hand soap, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, air fresheners, and many other items. This means you never have to worry about all the costs and logistics associated with these things.

Maintenance
We inspect your home each month and perform minor maintenance. Things like bulbs and filters are replaced at cost. We address other issues as necessary using your preferred vendor or one of the trusted maintenance professionals. We are local so we can handle emergencies personally when necessary.

Accounting
We are a licensed real estate firm, required to escrow all funds until disbursed. At the end of each month, you will receive an emailed statement followed by a check. At the end of the year, you will receive an annual statement and 1099 for your records. We collect and pay all your sales taxes.
