Our Vacation Rental Management company got its start here in Asheville with several residential properties purchased by Pete Kuehne (Pete Key), the company’s founder and president. These units started out as traditional rentals, but in 2010 Pete turned to vacation rentals as a way to boost revenue. The first one was a great success, and before long the number of units had grown.

Vacation rental management turned out to be very involved and complex, and Pete began to implement systems to make things simpler and more effective. He also started a website where guests could book the units directly. Before long, the rentals were doing so well that he decided to start managing them for others. Now that our systems are optimized, we are entering a new stage of growth.
